From September 11 to 13, JTU and GKG made a significant impact at Productronica India 2024, held at the India Expo Mart. Under the theme of “REFINING PERFORMANCE”, the joint exhibit featured cutting-edge SMT and PCB assembly solutions, showcasing innovations in quality, precision, and efficiency.
JTU introduced its latest SS Series Intelligent Solder Paste Management System, designed to elevate performance in storage and handling, alongside the C Series Conformal Coating Machine for PCB protection. Meanwhile, GKG showcased its best-selling GL-Star Fully Automatic SMT Printer in India, and the compact D-Vis Multi-Function Dispenser, tailored for high-precision and consistency in SMT production.
- JTU SS Series Intelligent Solder Paste Management System: A debut focused on maintaining solder paste quality with industrial-grade refrigeration, automated inventory control, expiration tracking, and First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) management to reduce waste.
- JTU C Series Conformal Coating Machine: Provides efficient and consistent conformal coating for enhanced PCB protection and reliability.
- GKG GL-Star Fully Automatic SMT Printer: High precision with ±18 micron accuracy and integrated auto-dispensing for seamless SMT printing.
- GKG D-Vis Multi-Function Dispenser: Versatile solution for a wide range of applications, equipped with in-house valves for consistent, precise dispensing of materials.
